Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Fees:** - All participants must complete the registration process and pay the required fees before joining the program. - Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation.
**2. Eligibility:** - Participants must be within the age range specified by the program (e.g., ages 7-17). - Each participant must have a signed parental/guardian consent form.
**3. Code of Conduct:** - Participants are expected to display good sportsmanship, respect coaches, officials, and fellow players. - Bullying, harassment, or any form of disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the program.
**4. Health and Safety:** - Participants are required to inform the program of any pre-existing health conditions. - Appropriate attire, including the use of basketball shoes and uniforms, is mandatory for safety reasons. - A liability waiver must be signed by parents/guardians acknowledging the risks involved in sports activities.
**5. Attendance and Punctuality:** - Participants are expected to attend all scheduled practices and games and should arrive on time. - Coaches should be informed in advance if a participant is unable to attend a session.
**6. Equipment and Facilities:** - The program will provide necessary equipment; however, participants are responsible for their personal items. - Any damage caused to the facilities or equipment due to misuse will be the responsibility of the participant involved.
**7. Photography and Media:** - The program may take photographs or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. Parents/guardians must provide consent for their child's participation in media-related activities. - Please notify the program if you do not consent to the use of your child's image.
**8. Communication:** - All official communications will be conducted via email or through the program's designated communication platform. - Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping contact information up to date.
**9. Changes and Cancellation:** - The program reserves the right to alter any scheduled activities, including but not limited to location, timing, or coaches. - In the event of a program cancellation, participants will be notified promptly, and refund policies will be applicable.
**10. Legal Compliance:** - This program operates in compliance with all applicable local and federal laws and regulations. - Disputes or issues will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction's laws in Oregon.
